The base is made from two pieces of wood glued together so it will not tip over, and stays steady on the surface. It also has rubber feet to protect the surface its on.
Two players compete against each other trying to loop the ring on the hook. Every time a player gets their ring on their hook, they move the game piece/shot glass in the direction "opposite" of them until it lands in last circle. At that point their opponent has lost and must take the shot. Use soda, candy, juice or water and make this game friendly for kids of all ages, too.
